Quick answers for travelers and providers

Find answers about bookings, providers, cancellation flow, payment on arrival, manual commission settlement, and platform support.

Travelers browse listings, submit a booking request, and providers confirm availability before fulfillment. The traveler pays the provider directly on arrival unless a separate offline arrangement is agreed.

A commission becomes due only after the provider confirms the booking. The provider sends a transfer proof by Instapay, bank transfer, or wallet transfer, then the admin reviews and confirms receipt manually.

The tourist receives an in-system notification as soon as the provider confirms or rejects the booking. Admin users also receive operational notifications for new bookings and settlement proofs.
